I have dove the wall several times between race point and wood end. Unless you are looking for lobster there is not much to see. It's all sand. Yes the toilet bowls are there and they are a great place to find lobsters hiding. The current is strong this is a definite drift dive know your max flood, ebb current times and direction so you know which end to start at. This wall goes down to +180 ft, you need to be careful. I have been told closer to race point there can be down currents that can take you all the way down to the bottom of the wall. This is not a beginners dive, If you go with a buddy 9 out of 10 time you will be separated, especially lobstering. There are some commercial lobster divers out there as well as a long string of pots on top of the wall, another words there are people who don't like recreational lobster divers there.
The 15 pounder in my avatar I got there in 65 feet of water hiding under an old wooden ghost trap.
