Diving near Manila

I'm quickly stopping in Manila for 5 days and I don't think I have time to venture to Palawan or other major diving area. Is it possible to dive a few hours drive from Manila? Where are the closest places to dive near Manila?

If you like wreck diving there is pretty good wreck diving in Subic Bay which is only several hours away from Manila.
