I am absolutely desperate for any information at all about the diving experience offered through Little French Key in Roatan.

Don't be desperate.
But you might want to hook-up directly with actual dive services provider, Barefoot Key. Since most LFK visitors arrive there as a Cruise Ship day trip, you might be able to save some money by going directly to the source, instead of paying a few intermediaries.
Much of the diving that truly makes Roatan unique is very localized on either side of LFK.
