Diving Leptis Magna and Apollonia, Libya

Hi Everyone,

I am going to Libya in April and really want to dive the archaeological ruins of Leptis Magna and Appolonia. I have found a dive shop in Libya but I am told that these areas are off limits to recreational divers however "Scientific Diving" is permitted. Has anybody dived these locations and how did you manage to get around the restrictions ?.

It is restricted to dive in these sites,, i still need to get more information about how we can arrange that

Appolonia is the old name , but now it's name is SOUSA .
