Diving la jolla on a slightly.cloudy day.

Can any one suggest what to set my WB at, diving la jolla with a little cloud around noon camera set to 1080 60 with protune on depth will be between 30-50ft

Is this for the white balance on the GoPro Hero3? (I dont have it but I heard it has white balance) If so, sorry I cant help you there :\ If it is for another camera, usually there is a manual setting that you can use to set it.
