 What kind of diving is available around the Parkersburg, WV area. I'm being transfered from Wilmington, DE to Parkersburg, WV and after a few internet seaches I'm starting to get scared. It looks as if the only place nearby is Mt Storm.

Thanks in advance
Adam

I don't know when this site was last updated but it's a good place to start.

Gilboa is by far the best dive site in Ohio and worth the drive. During the summer it's best to visit during the week because it's full of students on the weekend.

Here's some other dive sites in proximity to Ohio.

You'll find a link to Summersville Lake , WV on that page. I've heard good things about it, but haven't made it down there yet.

here's another list of dive sites, but most are duplicates and the page is a bit dated.

good luck,
wb
