I used Diver's Down / Cayman Diving College for my OW and AOW. I found them very nice and personable. Like most facilities, they will pick you up from your resort, so where you stay is not an issue. They also have their own dock and shore dive to the Wreck of the Cali, which is good for Underwater navigational training.
