Hi everyone, i'm interested in diving out of Sasebo Japan.
does anyone know diving charters? how are the sea coniditions? best time of year? I'm looking at chartering a boat big enough for 10 divers with tech gear so need plenty of space on board?

nay help would be greatly appreciated. thanks Babs
