stonefish35:In the Singapore branches of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, there are Papua New Guinea coffee :44: for sale. Not sure about Starbucks
Gee....if I buy an airline ticket to Singapore to buy PNG coffee, I might as well just go to PNG!!!
Bye the way, if you go to one of the big sing sings like the one in Mt. Hagan, be aware that things can get really "tense" there. These tribes take these competitions SERIOUS. Violence sometimes breaks out when the winners are announced. Friends tend to leave before the final decisions just in case.
My sisters and I carry school supplies to the schools on Garove Island in the Witu Islands every time we dive to PNG. If we can't get to Garove, Alan Raabe will always deliver it on his other dive trips for us. Couple of years ago, the village (with all the school kids) gave us a sing-sing. Everyone on the stardancer was invited. They presented us (and all the other divers) with songs, dances, and gifts. The songs were written for my sisters and me. We were not expecting it and it was amazing.
Every trip to PNG offers incredible memories that will make you want more and more!
