Diving in Portugal end of January, where?

Hello Divers,

I am planning a trip to Portugal at the end of January. I will stay in Lisbon, but willing to jump on a quick flight to Azores (if needed). Can you please recommend dive shops and places to dive? Which island should I consider for a dive in January? What creatures can I see during this time?

Neither Portugal nor the Azores is in Africa. I think you would do well to post your question(s) in the Europe section. Surely you would receive some good responses from some well-traveled and knowledgeable Scuba Board members.
