Uhmm...it's a stupid poll: it's water, so of course I like diving in it

Then again, I am known for enjoying diving in most anything, as long as it's not pure sewer....
On a more serious note, diving in the mediteranean can be quite great. I've done a number of dives out of the south of France, and there're quite OK things to see and do. I guess it depends what you're into. It's not tropical island diving, nor is it north-sea-chills or mysterious sunken u-boats.
Also note, that the mediteranean is big. The wildlife, the wrecks, the waters differ from place to place. I've been diving crappy places in the mediteranean, and I've been diving in great places.
[Moderators, if providing links to dive-centers isn't accepted, please remove the following section. It is the only place I know of with this sort of info for the med., so I thought that it might be appropriate? I have no comercial interrests in the center, but I've been diving with them a few times as a paying customer]
Out of Marseilles in France, there are quite a few good dives. This guy has a good index of dive sites out of Marseilles
http://www.lssmi.com, as well as underwater wildlife
http://www.lssmi.com/faune/index.htm that you might encounter in that part of the med. Also, checking out the site is a good refresher of your high-school english
