Diving in Mazatlan and Cabo- Is it possible?

Hey everyone,

I'm scheduled on a Mexico cruise - LA- Mazatlan-Puerta Vallarta-Cabo at the beginning of March. I'm hooked up already to dive in PV so I'll have my gear. Is there any diving in Mazatlan or Cabo- any recommendations?

Yes Diving is good in Cabo Vis should be 40 to 50 feet water temp 68.We saw a school of Mantas at lands end around the shipwreck This was after playing with the Sea Lions.Second Dive a 6 foot thresher shark at Neptunes Finger.

Mazatlan is iffy - vis can be as low as 6 feet and as much as 30. If the vis is good the diving is OK if poor the diving is no fun at all.
