There is SECONN divers, we are a regional dive group based in the Norwich area. Not far from Clinton and are meeting this Tuesday (11/9) and Prime 44. We usually meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. Its a restaurant/bar in Norwich, CT. Many of the members actively dive year round and come from all over CT and RI. They would be able to tell you some sites. I usually dive Stonington Pt (Stonington), Eastern Pt Beach (Groton, CT) , Thames River (Groton-New London), Mystic River (Mystic). There is also Mystic Aquarium that has a dive program and is a good way to stay in the water year round without getting cold.
