Diving in Cancun, help!

I am going to Cancun next week and would like to know what the water temp is?
Also, not sure where the Ritz Carlton is as it pertains to the location of Aqua World. I have been to the Club Med many times but do not remember seeing the Ritz.

Any one have a bad experience with Aqua World or are they a good dive charter?

welcome to the board!
the ritz is a lovely resort km 14 of the hotel zone and be sure you ll find aquaworld by the pool and travel desk.
as for your questions, the water temp was 79f today, viz was 90ft overall a great days diving, we hit the wreck and saw 10 eagle rays and the reef was packed as always! nice!

You can dive with Aqua World if you don't mind cattle boats. They typically run up to 15 or more divers.

Get in touch with Ben at Mayan Aqua Dive offers Cancun Diving, Snorkeling, Cavern Diving, Cozumel Dives & PADI Courses. (see above) They are located at KM 4.5 behind the Hotel Internationale de Cancun. Fast boat, excellent staff, small groups, personal touch. Tell him what you want for a dive itinerary and he'll customize a trip for you.

He'll pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. Make sure you do the cenotes when you are down, truly awesome!!

You can check in the Mexico forum for people that have dove with him, he has excellent credentials!
