Im a solo traveler here in the Philippines visiting family and would like to get back in the water ASAP. I've been doing research and it seems like a quick trip to Anilao would not be in my $100 or less/day budget. I'm hoping to show up, find accommodations, and join a group of divers to split the costs. Is there anyone out there heading to Anilao this weekend?
