All last winter we were diving around here with 7mm two-piece wetsuits. It really wasn't so bad underwater but getting out was dowright awful. Between the cold air blowing, and the 30lbs of weight I was wearing....

I can't wait to do it again this year!
 
Agree Matt. I would avoid to do it after a recreational dive as well. Remember most techies ascend slowly, wear proper exposure suits, do not smoke, are well hydrated and physically fit, utilize efficient decompression strategies, and do not use air as a breathing gas.
