Arriving Sunday wondering if anyone has recomendations for dive Ops? Does anyone know anything about the on site dive Op, Scuba Caribe? I have looked into Diable Divers, and Dive Aventuras? any thoughts would be appreciated. Looking for nice easy diving for my wife and everythong else including centoes for myself.

Did you end up diving on your trip? I am staying at the Grand Palladium in February, and also wondered about dive opportunities. Would appreciate any advice and recommendations - Am especially interested in taking the ferry to Cozumel - did you do this?

I was at the Palladium and did a dive off the shore there and do not recommend it, go to Aqua Safari at Cozumel I did the three tank dive for $10 more than they charged for a 15 min dive at the resort. Aqua Safari are a good team to dive with and the dives are good, vis about 100 feet and lots to see.:snorkel2::jaws: You might want to find a smaller dive shop to dive with if you want to be with a smaller group but no matter what you want to dive Cozumel not the main land.:)

Thanks for the info. Did you do any cenotes? I'm not sure how comfortable I am with the concept - I'm okay with swimthroughs, grottos, etc., but haven't done any cave diving, and it isn't clear to me how "enclosed" the cenotes actually are, i.e, can you see the surface, etc?

I did dive with Dive Aventuras and had a great time. We did 12 tanks 4 of those in the cenotes. The cenotes are not to be missed its and incredible sight and yes you can see the surface. I recomend all the diving you can fit in, have a great time.

Thanks for the infos. I know I'm going to enjoy the place
