Tragedia podczas nurkowania w kamieniołomie Piechcin

37 yr old female - OWD certified (recently) died in Piechcin quarry on Saturday the 27th of February.
She was a part of group of 9 divers. She was diving in group of 3 - her buddies lost her during the dive, resurfaced and alarmed other divers. Her body was found about 1h later in roughly same are where other divers lost sight of her. Investigation pending etc.

I hate trio buddy diving. I feel like I have to watch out for the others twice as much, but no one is dedicated to watching out for me.

Yup. I often dive with my wife and a friend of ours. Our thing is that they are a buddy team. I dive solo, with all of the redundant gear and stuff. I'm never far away but further than a good buddy should be. I am often shooting them so I need to be a ways away. It works well for us.
