Will be in Dumaguete late March, what do the water temps look like that time of year? Should we be expecting good viz?
Cheers

27/28/29 degC, maybe a bit warmer. It's 27/28 at the moment. Apparently its a couple of weeks away from the weather turning for the better, and warmer winds and water.

Visibility is between 10m on a bad day and 40m on a good day at the moment. I would expect it to be more around the 30m-40m more consistently when the weather improves.
