Diving death on Oahu????

Just heard about this from a LDS, didn't see anything about it. Searching. ANy help out there?

I saw something on tv about a woman who was picked up by an ambulance off of a dive boat. She had water in her lungs...but lived as far as I could tell. The most disturbing thing about it was the talk of the state considering stepping in to regulate scuba diving. What does the state know about scuba diving that the scuba industry doesn't? Nothing.

The state knows it is an unregulated (no one is occupying a government job and collecting a government paycheck and beholding to the government - and the party that supports the expenditure - because of it) and untaxed (the government isn't making money on something they could be if only they can come up with an excuse) activity, and that they're collecting no fines or penalties for violations of the potential regulations they could build around it. That's what the state knows about scuba diving.
