for a canister light, is it better to use a plastic lens or glass lenght?

what is the thickness needed for 100M (333 feet)?

it seem to have many possibility: Polycarbonate, acrylic, Hardened Glass, borosilicate glass, soda-lime glass

any provider to suggest to get 2inch flat lens?
