When are you thinking about going? My buddy and I have talked about this for the end of Jan. Might be a good alternative to Thailand if the dollar keeps sliding against asian currencies.

I would recommend you Scuba Nation, Scuba Nation Diving Center - Cambodia's Top Diving outfit located in Sihanoukville - Let's go diving or come get your PADI Open Water Diver or Dive Master certification on our dive boat, very nice couple (English/dutch) running the dive center, very professional, they have been in Cambodia for a very long time.
