Diving and mountains, how carefull should I be?

Hi, I will be diving in Aqaba (red sea, Jordan) on fev 18th (worst case would be 60 feet but there's some interesting sites at 15 feet). On the next day, 19th, I will go to the Dead Sea, passing through Wadi Araba (according to my map that would be in the 1500ft-3300ft range). Should I be worried? What's the general rule for altitude after diving?

One reference you can consider is the NOAA Ascent to Altitude Table. Use the letter groups from the NOAA Air Table and not some other table, which may not match. Other tables available if using Nitrox. Based on this, I wouldn't think it's a problem, if it was me and I wasn't exceeding NDLs.

I'd worry more about the roads. Figuring that you could fly after 12-24 hours, which is equivilant to an altitude of 8,000 feet, your 3,000 pass isn't a problem.

If the time interval is less than 12 hours follow the tables, or set your computer, for altitude diving at 3,000 feet to be more conservative.
