Depending on who you talk to the peak season here is normally November - March

It does indeed depend who you talk to. I say the peak season is from December 20th to January 10th. That's the crazy season. March is high season for sure, and is a great month for diving in this area. Normally going to be hot with calm seas and you are entering big fish season (no promises).
