Anybody have any information about how soon you can dive after having a child? I asked my OB/GYN and she had no real idea. I was the first person to ever ask her about it. She said to be safe she would recommend waiting about eight weeks. It sounds reasonable to me; I'd welcome any input. Thanks!
 
involution is supposed to be pretty complete by 6, so i'd say 6, but if you're comfy with 8 then lovely - a cushion of safety!
