I'm a Fish!
On February the 11th 2010, I underwent an complete colectomy to remove a rectal cancer.

A J pouch was formed and a temporary ileo stoma bag which was reversed (removed) in September.

I am a professional diving instructor and 56 years old.

I have managed 5 shore dives in the Red sea and want to get back to work, but am worried about hernias. I passsed a full diving medical fitness.

I would appriciate any advise on how I can get back to my previous fitness levels especiall on how to go about streghtening my abdominals.
