I am a new diver so these are just observations and opinions please take as so.

I don't know what the qualifications of the divers were but It seems to me there should have been more than two divers attempting to do this. It was stated there was low viz, and a diver lost his buddy and couldn't see him. I would think there should have been one working while one was behind as a support diver, with back up gas and emergency equipment on each side of the boat with each diver never leaving a divers side. When the boat started to lose control they should have backed off and let it go. I feel very sad a diver lost his life regardless of the reason why. My condolences to the family.
