how DO you share air with a full face mask

You don't.

You can of course configure the rig to incorperate a gas block for an alternate air connection.

You can also dive the mask with a traditional Octo configuration, although in this case you would have to remove the mask to access the alternate air source.

if you cant clear your ears by swallowing then how do you do it with full face is there a access like a purge mask?

A few masks do have access to pinch the nose just like a half mask. (first generation EXO, SCUBA Pro, Mantis)

But most incorperate some type of rubber block that sits (adjustable) just under your nose, you just push in slightly on the mask when you want to clear.
