Well, I'm headed back to Monterey and I'll be diving form the 30th thru the 3rd. I plan to dive New Year's Day and Sunday the 2nd on the Express, but would love to buddy up with someone on the prior Thursday or Friday, and/or the following Monday. I know, weekdays are tough, and on my last trip to Monterey I made a dozen solo dives. I've dived the south side of Monastery and would love to do the north wall this trip, and/or Lobos again.
Oh, and, where's the best seafood in Monterey?

Okay... looks like I'll have to call Fred. :11:

I have a bunch of friends who are diving on the Cypress Sea on the 1st, however I'm not to sure if I can go yet. If I can make it down I would love to go diving with you. You can also sign up on the SAUE site at the bottom of my signature and see who may be diving during those dates; I'm sure you'll be able to find someone.

best seafood in monterey, wow so many choices and such a subjective subject. The best clam chowder is at the Fish Hopper on cannery row, great post dive warm up meal. I am a big fan of Pisto's restaurants. Was planning on doing new years there this year but thinking of changing it up a bit from previous years.

I like:
