I am new to the forum, and the topic probably has been covered. Does anyone know if the Divi resort on the Brac will be sold or reopened. The area looks like a pretty location, but for years has been in disrepair. It is a bit of an eyesore. Cheers

The last communication we time-share owners got from Divi said they don’t intend to sell or reopen.
A group of us got a “lien” placed against the property in the Cayman for unfulfilled contractual obligations.
Of course, if you offered Divi enough, they’d probably sell.

that explains it thanks. I thought it was such a nice location that they would be profitable to get it running again. Good Luck with the future. Maybe with Brac Scuba Shack up and running, more people will get to the Brac. The Reef Resort is nice but dive rates are a bit steep. I think for family diving it is more cost effective to rent a house and shore dive. Happy New Year
