Another good reason why you should just drink beer and wine. The alcohol can counteract the effects of the DHMO but it has some other side effects like making you dance like an *****

H2Andy:
much to my surprise, i read the following page, and i was
alarmed at this chemical, dihydrogen monoxide (DHMO), and how
despite its known harmful effects, it continues to be
used around the world.

divers are not isolated from its dangers, and if exposed,
they can be harmed. dive boats (as most other
watercraft) continue to use DHMO as a convenient cleaner
and rust preventor.
this is simply unconscionable, given
the danger faced by those who come into contact with
the substance.

some of the harmful effects are

--Death due to accidental inhalation, even in small quantities.

--Severe tissue damage due to prolonged exposure to solid DHMO

--Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.

i am simply astonished that no one is doing anything about this

Perhaps one of your buddies could drum up a class-action lawsuit for all those poor folks that have been effected?
(and now I see someone else made that suggestion)

ItsBruce:
Well it gets real interesting if you append a handful of carbons, surrounded by hydrogens and then dump one of the hydrogens in the hydrogen pair.

Short-chained hydro-carbons? Yes, they make a lot of things interesting.

Not hydrocarbons. Well, maybe. Well at least carbons surrounded by hydrogens. We used to make the stuff in college. Its amazing how inexpensive fractionating columns are and what you can do with them. Now I'm wondering how it is that I ended up a lawyer rather than a chemist or something.

oh wow.. TWO people thought of the same lame lawyer joke... wow...
what's the world coming to??

:10:

everything he says is hogwash! Hydrogen Hydroxide is absolutely necessary! Its how people use it thats bad. Just like hydrochloric acid, when used properly it is safe and ,in fact, our stomach's use it to break down food. Just look at this webpage

Friends of Hydrogen Hydroxide

I have a cure for hydrogen hydroxide contimination including a mechanism and carefully tested process to completely remove this nasty contaiminant from nearly any material. Reasonably priced at $99....PM Andy for payment instructions.

H2Andy:
most people don't want to take this seriously

look at the facts they have on that page

i guess you also believe there is no global warming?

and what if i told you there's proof that DHMO is
directly linked to weather fenomena such as
El Nino?

I like how you spelt 'fenomena'.

it's a fonetic spelling
