I understand that DiveRite RecWing can be use for double setup. Has anyone has experience in using RecWing for double setup with AL80s. Will there be any restrictions on terms on the wing's expansion?

Thanks a ton!!!

It depends a bit on the back plate and on the bands. For example I have both OMS and Dive Rite plates and the Dive Rite plate is slightly flatter and leaves a bit less room for the wing in between the tanks and plate. Bands also vary a bit in how far off the plate they carry the tanks.

In general though with AL 80's (or any other 7.25" diameter tank) you can expect a slight bit of restriction of a rec wing between the plate and tanks.

But on the other hand, AL 80's are positively bouyant when empty and are comparatively much more bouyant than just about any steel tank. So even if you lose a bit of lift, you won't miss it as you won't need it with the AL80's. Overall a rec wing under a set of AL80's makes a very compact and streamlined combination.

I use a DR recwing with the DR SS plate. It still gives me enough lift for my double 15liter steel tanks (next size up from al 80´s- 100cft?), it will be more than enough for your alum 80´s...

go for it :-)
