This is from Hollywood Divers but I knew Harvey & thought I'd post this here, it came as a shock to me.

At this time, we would like to pay tribute to a friend named Harvey Schmedeike. Harvey was a great customer and friend, he was too young to go and wise for his years. He will be sorely missed by all of us here and by many of you in this data base. If you knew Harvey, you knew a kind, intelligent man and a very avid diver who cared much for our local diving community. He was the chief of the Los Angeles Sunken Treasures Society. Harvey was the key player in starting our local "L.A. Wreck Alley" and we hope to be diving on a local wreck because of his actions someday soon. Thanks Harvey. :angel2:
