Diver in training (until July) - South Bend, IN

Hello just joined the forum, I am still getting my certification (Open water dives are July 8th and 9th). I am looking to find some dive buddies and plan some diving in Jul Aug Sept. I know there are some quarries around me Gilboa (Ohio) and France Park (Indiana).

Of course I will make friends during my course but I figured I would try here to get something scheduled for this year.

Good luck with the course and welcome to Scubaboard. I always recommend that new divers try to buddy up with an experienced one, hopefully someone with Rescue Certification. But that's not always possible, as with the case when I finished OW cert.

Welcome to Scubaboard & diving! Posting buddy requests in the particular regional forum can help. Also, local dive clubs are a great resource in addition to dive shops.
