I am not at liberty to give out any information in that sense. Also it was not one of our divers on our boats they were from Amoray's Dive Center.
 
Not much you can do if a diver buys it underwater. You need to know your limits and try to stay in decent physical condition. As far as the 'buddy' system, I go over with my insta-buddy which reg to take if he/she needs air and where we might be headed. I don't have a corregated hose but two regs, one with a yellow hose. Also when to come up. Most buddies have their own routine for an entry and ascencion. I try to stick close in case 'I' need air though.
 
If the seas were in fact 4-5ft, that alone can get one's heart pumping. Any time spent on the surface in those conditions could have taxed the circulatory system.
