I wonder if I could be considered muppet of the year?
About 6 weeks I made a perfect giant stride in the local pool. I'd checked no-one was underneath me - only thing I didn't do was check the depth. Result: Broken leg (tibia), no dive trip to the Maldives, and much embarassment ( :) ).

Never underestimate the muppet factor!

Sorry to hear that, that sucks get well soon.

I can just about walk now for about 10 minutes (without crutches) and have been given the ok to go swimming in the pool. I'll need a few months to get back to full dive fitness but right now it's nice to get out of the house.

Not one of my proudest moments - my incident report will show injury caused by carelessness in water less than a metre!

And yes it sucks!!!!
