KEWALO BASIN, HAWAII (HawaiiNewsNow) - A scuba diver died Tuesday morning following a medical emergency, officials said.
The Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 27-year-old Tatsumi Umemura, of Nagoya, Japan.

The Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 27-year-old Tatsumi Umemura, of Nagoya, Japan.
Emergency Medical Services said Umemura was unresponsive when the charter boat “Green Dolphin” pulled into the dock at Kewalo Basin Harbor around 10 a.m.
Paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and rushed him to the hospital in critical condition. He later died.
