Hi,
I am looking to do my DMT in either Belize or Honduras. I would like the kind of course where I can work with the dive op for an extended time and eventually work for them if all goes well! I would like that unlimited diving is included. Do any of you guys have experience with DMT in Belize or Honduras? Any location advice or dive op recommendations?
Also, I've read that it's not possible to work in Honduras unless you are a national (or have been living there for 6 months). Is this true of Divemasters as well? That would be problematic!
Lastly, I am very interested in conservation education and would like to work/volunteer with an organization at the same time doing community education or conservation. Any experience with such organizations?
