EDIT: I am NOT refering to scuba.com. I have dealt with them on many occasions with only the best of results.
i tried to go on to diveinn.com today, because i wanted to buy a keychain, hat, and some other little stuff that a warrenty wouldnt make a difference. and its not there, google cant connect to it, did the site close up or is it just down, or is it just me? haha. also, if anyone knows where i can get the black seawing nova keychain and the black and blue scubapro hat in the US, that would be great
I would not use diveinn.com again. To me they are a fraudulent organisation that knows exactly what to do do defraud customers of money and how to get away with it. I ordered some 7L twinset dive bands from them for £82.99 and they sent me the bands but with wing nuts and washers missing. I raised this with them and they asked me to return the bands (I did not request a return). They sent me a label to return them. I sent them back and they then refunded me £37.99. I asked them why I did not get a full refund. I sent both bands back since both had the same missing parts. They then fabricated a story about me requesting to return one which was a blatant lie. Why would I ask to return one when both had missing parts. They fabricated this to justify a partial refund. I asked them to check what was returned and stated that I returned both bands as discussed and agreed, but I got no further response from the company. This company uses partial refunds to prevent customers getting full refunds through their credit cards. They are based in Spain so any legal process is more complex. This company knows exactly what it is doing to defraud customers out of money.

All of this over wing nuts and washers. Seriously?
