Okay, I'll bite. Bahamas is a country of many islands, Tobago is an 1 of 2 islands of a country. They seem to be slightly seperated by distance and the costs are also quite different.

$1,588 all inclusive to Bahamas.
Tobago is $799 for stay and diving, but the airline tickets are fluctuating between $1,000 and $800.
