This simple device includes an underwater beacon (transmitter) and a handheld receiver. With the transmitter attached to your dive boat or other destination, all you do is locate the direction of the transmitter with the receiver and swim toward it. The Dive Trak has a multitude of other uses as well. The system operates via sonar, so water clarity isn't a factor. The maximum range is 750 feet and the transmitter and receiver operate in a line of sight manner.
The transmitter and receiver have polycarbonate cases and each is only 6.75 by 2 inches, with slight positive buoyancy. This alloms them to conveniently fit in a large BC picket. Each unit is powered by its own user replaceable, nine volt alkaline or lithium battery. The Dive Trak was priced at $499 when new.
I am selling this set for $200.00 OBO
