My scuba shop is going to Alex bay in early August and we are looking for suggestions on dive sites. Last year we went to the Islander and Keystorm and are planning on diving them again. But this trip we have more time to spend and aren't very familiar with the area. We'd heard that there was really good diving on the Canadian side, but no specifics (something about going along the parkway was really nice diving). Looking for any suggestions for dive sites, or lodging (we'd heard that the boat show was in town so looking for anything cheap). Any suggestions would be great. Thanks guys!

The Vickery is a must do. It's a beautiful old schooner that bottoms out about 100' - 110' hanging over a wee cliff. The masts and rigging are further out in about 130' - 140'. The Daryaw and Lillie Parsons are in the other direction and nice dives as well. All three have significantly stronger current than the Keystorm.

I'm assuming you have a boat?
