I've recently taken the scuba diving class and am interested in taking a trip before the winter makes it not possible. I bought all my personal gear, goggles, flippers, and a snorkel. I want to go somewhere where there is some awesome nightlife. Where is a good place I can go scuba dive a few times (prefferably sort of deep or maybe some wrecks) and then go and party and get crazy in between diving. Also I've been looking on EBAY for a good respirator and a boyancy jacket. Please tell me some good brands.

This is your first post and you don't say where you're from so it's hard to tell if you have a geographical problem with terminology, just didn't learn the proper names/terms for equipment or you are just here pulling our chains! :)

I'll assume it's one of the first two. First, the terminology...

Goggles = Mask
flippers = Fins
respirator = Regulator or 1st and 2nd stage
bouyancy jacket = BC

It's easy and not uncommon for beginners to confuse the names for things but you should have leaned these in your Open Water class.

As for your requirements for a dive location I sincerely hope you are kidding. First, as a new diver you have no training and no business going either deep or on wrecks. Get some experience under your weightbelt and take the appropriate extra training before even considering it. As for the partying and getting crazy between dives...I'll send flowers to your funeral because that is a certain recipe for disaster. You should have learned in your class exactly why crazy partying and diving do not mix, which leaves me wondering if you actually took the class at all.

If I am wrong I apologize in advance. I hope you get the experience and additional training you need.

I'd have to agree with Dee....I think that maybe Crank Yankers has come to the scuba board!!!!
If you are sincere (which I doubt) then you need to step back and rethink what scuba diving is all about...mainly SAFETY...

just my .05 worth (inflation you know)
