Anyone know of a good, comprehensive online link to the better dive spots from Boston Harbor to the Cape?

No, but I've been thinking about working on one. For the most part, those sites haven't gotten much publicity, and any online or published material I've found is either dated or second-hand information.

Out of curiosity though, are you looking for shore dive sites, boat dive sites, or both?

That's the site I was thinking of when I said the bit about things being dated or second-hand. It's the same info (when it doesn't just give you a blank page) word-for-word as Beneath the Waters of Massachusetts Bay by Donald L. Ferris. It's a good resource, but definately not gospel. The coordinates are mostly wrong, and much of what's there is inaccurate.

I'm looking for both, Matt. Shore and Boat. It doesn't necessarily have to be an exhaustive list, but I'd like to take a look at a coupe dozen of the better sites available from Boston Harbor on down.

By the way, if you want to work on that dive site web list, PM me.

The Diving Obsession site offers info on a lot of locations but lacks much info on the South Shore. I would be happy to add as many shore dive sites as I could to the site but I couldn't give a very good description of most, as I have only personally dove a few. The good thing about the site is that you can change the descriptions and update them, add photos, maps, comments etc. It is a good idea but doesn't look like it gets too much traffic. If this is a work in progress for you then maybe this resource could be developed with some input. It has to be better than clicking on a location and all that comes up is "Beach".

Have a great day.
