The nearest place to Renfrew County (Deep River, Petawawa, Pembroke, etc) to purchase gear is Ottawa. There you will find Kanata Diving Supply, Burtons, and Sharkeys.

Hi, it's going to be my first time to engage in diving here. I'm taking my cousins with me but their diving gear isn't complete yet. Can anybody suggest a store nearby the area that sells affordable diving equipment. They have the tank already but no mask and snorkels yet. thanks in advance.

How the heck did they certify without owning a mask? Mask, fins, snorkel were the first things I had to get. A tank is generally the easiest/cheapest thing to rent, unless your doing multi day trips with a dive in the middle.
