What is a triglide?

Stainless steel or plastic widget that webbing slides through. You have two slots in the thing and can use it to hold weights or a d-ring. Some also use them on the backs of backplates to hold the webbing adjustment.

I think I like the BP mount best. If you put the can on your belt what do you do to store the light and can? Take the whole thing off after every dive? At least on your BP you just pop the clips off and boom you're done. Unless if belt mounted you just leave the empty can and store everythign else after diving? Thats sounds like the only reasonable thing to do. Belt mounting sounds like its a much more stable way to mount it.

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO CONFUSED......... ;-0

Confusion is the normal part of being a diver. The canister comes off the belt very quickly and easily. You just take off the belt buckle that holds it in place and slide it off. As I don't use mine on every dive, I don't always have it there. I also have a d-ring on the canister to hold a reel or deco bottle.

Be kool, and all things will come in time.

Thanx for that tip MD.:D I like the idea of the D ring on the canister itself. I may have to "borrow" that idea from you.

I have the same light with the Nimh battery and I just use a climbers clip to clip it to my BC or an extra tank strap and strap it to the tank depending on what I am doing for a dive, I always seem to have my light cannon as a back uptoo.

OHHHHH!!!... I call them "M" buckles... I guess it's a military thing. We wear the same type of device on our uniform on our belt. Marine's service A's...

Thanks though.
