I have a Rec wing which I have not yet used. Is there a shoulder dump with this wing? If so, how do I use it?

There probably is a pull dump on your wing. If you have a largish angular valve on the upper end of the hose with a valve sticking straight out of the end of the hose, then you simply need to pull on the low pressure inflator. This will pull on a cable inside the corrugated hose and open the valve on the upper (shoulder) end of the hose allowing air to escape. Some wings have a simple 90 degree elbow located on the upper end of the hose, on these wings it is pretty obvious that there is no release valve located here.

To test your wing simply inflate the wing orally and pull the two ends of the corrugated hose apart, if air escapes then you have the valve, if no air escapes then you do not. It is really very simple and straight forward.

Yes, there is a pull dump.

and a back dump on the LEFT side.

I have a Rec wing and it has NO shoulder dump (other than pulling on the inflator hose). It does have a lower dump.
