Dive Rite Transplate Harness Med vs Lrg

I was curious if the only difference between the harnesses is the shoulder strap length and maybe some extra webbing length. I usually wear a medium everything, but went with a large because it was such a good deal, it seems like I can size it down, other than the shoulder strap.

Wanted to make sure Im way wrong by buying a large over a medium
