The only thing you might want to consider with overfilling the LP tanks is.
You may want to use the european standard for Hydro which is every 2 years I beleive.
That's why they let them get filled to 4000 PSI. I think they give the tanks a limited service life too. I beleive its 10 years. Then they are removed from service. Due to the added stressing and metal fatiuge. I too over fill my tanks but I get them Hydro'd every 2 years.

Good idea. My LDS will only fill them past 3000 for the first 5 yrs. 33-3400 has been the norm on my fills. I'll plan on doing a hydro halfway through the normal cycle, and I'll probably be on CCR by the time the normal 5 year hydro comes due.
