Dive Rite Hurricane

Im was wondering what the current staus of this regulator ... I have one and I really like it and wanted to purchase another one but noticed on the Dive Rite site: "Temporarily out of stock as of February 1, 2009"... Is Dive Rite going to continue with this model?

Hi,
As I understand it, Dive Rite is having supply problems with their vendor on the Hurricane regs.
I too would like to see the reg back in stock. I own 2 set ups and really like them.
If they come back into stock I was thinking about a set of Hurricane doubles.

Hi,

The Hurricane regulator is in stock. We've been receiving small shipments and as soon as they arrive, they are sold out due to backorders. Frustrating all the way around. However, I believe we've caught up with orders and we now have them in stock.

BTW, we continue to service gear for years even after they might be discontinued, which is NOT the case with the regulator, but just an FYI that Dive Rite is serious about taking care of our products and customers.
